Job Description

We are seeking an intermediate architect with a keen interest in heavy conversion projects. The right candidate will have a strong inclination towards the Multifamily sector and a desire to take on exciting and challenging projects. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on high-end Mixed Use/Multi Family Residential projects, as well as the chance to expand into the Institutional sector. Our team works primarily in Revit, including the design phase, and while we work on both exteriors and interiors of buildings, the bulk of the work is interior-based.

Must Have

• Experience in heavy conversion projects

• Proficiency in Revit

• Knowledge of both exterior and interior architectural design

Soft Skills

• Interest in Multifamily sector

• Ability to work in a team

• Desire for personal and professional development

Work Site

• This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in New York, New York and some days remote.

• Monday - Friday (two days work from home/three days in office)
