Job Description

Saatchi & Saatchi is seeking an Assistant Digital Media Planner based in New York. This position requires an individual to work well within a team and be prepared for a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment. The role is a great place to begin your career in digital advertising with continuous room for growth. Responsibilities will include assisting with managing day-to-day tasks in digital planning and implementation, focusing on Programmatic (Display, Video, CTV) Direct IO Streaming/Audio and Auto sites.

Specific Duties:

  • Support Field Media Planning Teams as needed on client business for the development and maintenance of Digital Media buys in assigned Regions/Markets.

  • Carry out buying strategies and assist in negotiating media to maximize investment ROI

  • Implement and follow agency digital media process, including RFPs, IOs, pacing, performance, and invoices/makegoods.

  • Work closely with the Manager to research new partners/opportunities/shifting landscape to develop digital communication goals.

  • Participate in QBRs with all partners and ongoing meetings with production/analytics teams.

  • Lead bi-weekly meetings with Field Media based on assigned regional responsibilities.

  • Analyze performance data and optimize plans to identify strengths/weaknesses with partners/placements/tactics.

Job Requirements:

  • Interest in and passion for all aspects of Digital Media

  • Eager to learn tools essential to the day-to-day management of the digital media buying and planning process

  • Clear and concise business communication skills (both written and oral)

  • Excellent quantitative skills. Excel/PowerPoint proficiency is a must.

  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy

  • Self-starter, demonstrates self-confidence and willingness to share ideas

  • Creative problem solver

Qualifications

  • Prior internship experience in digital advertising, media, and/or the automotive category is a plus.

Compensation Range: $46,500.00 - $68,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
