FlexStaff Assisted Living Facility Field Operations Manager- Full-Time- NYC-Hudson Valley in New York, New York

FlexStaff is seeking a dynamic and engaging Assisted Living Facility Field Manager to represent our client's organization. This role is essential building strong relationships within the Healthcare community, promoting their assisted living facilities and maximizing Medicare resources while maintaining an outstanding level of service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with Administrators, MDs, and Case Managers across various assisted living facilities in NYC and the Hudson Valley area.

  • Collaborate with facility staff to maximize Medicare benefits and improve service delivery.

  • Act as a representative of our organization, ensuring all interactions reflect our commitment to quality care and service excellence.

  • Conduct regular visits to facilities to build rapport and assess needs, ensuring effective communication between all parties involved.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree required.

  • Minimum of two years of healthcare experience.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with facility leadership and medical staff.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology is essential.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel to various facilities.

The salary range for this position is $120,000-$125,000/year
