Lead client presentation preparation, including all background research and analysis, drafting and production of any client marketing materials and pitch books. Perform client research directed at uncovering opportunities to market bank products, strategic formulation of industry views/ideas, industry peer/comp research, trends and transformational events. Support senior bankers and serve as a secondary banker for clients. Serve as main point of contact with Risk Department, leading the coordination of all relevant risk presentations. Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations. Assist with follow-ups on identified cross sell opportunities with clients, including leading the coordination of Credit, Product and stakeholders in the Global Network. Execute client onboarding procedures following internal and external regulations.Requirements:Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Economics, or Engineering (any field), plus 3 years of experience in the position offered or as an Analyst, Sr. Analyst, or Associate at an international bank.**Two years of the required experience must have included managing and monitoring Latin American debt portfolio including syndicated loans, project finance, acquisition finance, and asset finance; participating in commercial and legal negotiations with corporate clients globally governed by laws in international jurisdictions; supporting due diligence process done by international teams by applying understanding of legal, operational, technical, financial, and insurance documentation; obtaining credit risk approvals and preparing credit packages for credit submission; preparing credit reports on performance of portfolio loans; coordinating credit processes with various international teams guaranteeing efficient workflow between various teams including Customer, Rates, Credit Markets, and Credit Risk; and applying knowledge of financial credit (IFRS and GAAP) and pricing modelling for companies from various countries including Brazil, USA, Mexico and Europe, and analyzing financial statements to model capital returns calculations and advise on best funding strategy.This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York City office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.#LI-DNI
