Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations, DoorDash, Inc., New York, NY. Develop strategy for scaling the DoorDash Drive Non-Restaurant business by delivering best in class quality. Define north star quality metrics for each line of business and for key strategic merchants. Stand up internal reporting to track progress against quality improvement goals utilizing SQL, Sigma, and Tableau. Analyze quality data utilizing SQL to uncover key issues or root cause problems and create a plan to address. Work cross-functionally with the Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, Support, Sales, and Account Management teams to scope, size, and priorities product and analytics asks. Structure and execute tests to identify levers for improving quality. Collaborate with Product to develop a roadmap that supports growth opportunities, including creating business requirement docs. Create dasher education materials, support content, and training materials to support new product / feature launches. Stand up boots-on-the-ground operations to ensure the success of new product / feature launches. Collect Dx feedback on new app-features or fulfillment services and surface key takeaways to product and engineering. Participate in WeDash and other mandatory company trainings. Telecommuting permitted up to 85%. (AMSO-S-103-NY)40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary Range: $111,966 - $162,000/yr. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Physics, or closely related quantitative field and three (3) years of experience in the field of strategy, operations, product operations, product management or related occupation.Qualifying experience must include at least four (4) of the following skills (which may be gained concurrently);-Business Intelligence (BI) or analytics & visualization tools such as Tableau-Programming languages such as SQL, R, SAS, Python, or Java;-Developing operations assessment tools including evaluating metrics and creating dashboards;-Root cause analysis and evaluating data from structured and unstructured sources;-Experience bringing new products to market and scaling business processes;-Partnering with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Finance, Sales, Product, or Engineering teams to implement and develop business strategies.Up to 10% domestic travel is possible based on business needs.
