The Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) organization at Amex powers the world’s best customer experiences and revenue growth through innovative data, digital and marketing products and solutions. A critical part of EDDS is the Enterprise Portfolio and Program Management (EPPM) team, which is responsible for leading multi-year, strategic initiatives that cut across multiple Product organizations and Business Units, as well as accelerating strategic alignment and planning across Technology and Enterprise Centers of Excellence to elevate transparency and drive business / customer outcomes.

This role within EPPM will be responsible for working on key EDDS programs and initiatives, across the enterprise. Working with Product and Technology stakeholders as well as Business Partners globally will be an integral part of the role. How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across EDDS, Enterprise Platforms, marketing, and servicing to stand-up best in class operatingmodels that optimize flow of product delivery

  • Validate stakeholder requests against strategic goals, identifying synergies across teams and existing features

  • Maintain a dynamic catalogue of customer journeys to inform scope definition, discovery, and prioritization

  • Partner across teams to establish a feedback loop between LPM, Design, Research, Product, and Analytics to progress discovery, track KPIs, and share results and learnings

  • Generate portfolio reports and dashboards tracking business outcomes and KPIs

  • Create stakeholder presentations to communicate progress, findings, launches, and key decisions

  • Provide support to the team updating and QC’ing roadmaps, leadership readouts, and other planning tools

  • Maintain JIRA and Rally while establishing tooling best practices across the portfolio

  • Prioritize shared services backlog for the L&B portfolio

  • Serve as single point of contact for Member Ops, synthesizing asks and providing support where needed

  • Demonstrate a willingness to continually learn and implement process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of work experience in product and/or program management, or similar field

  • Highly organized individual who is process-oriented, possesses an analytical mindset, and has a keen focus onattention to detail, consistently demonstrating flawless execution

  • Strong business acumen and thought leadership and an ability to quickly understand critical linkages acrossbusiness requirements or use cases

  • Ability to drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and across ever-changing priorities and multiple workstreams

  • Strong presentation building skills with ability to “tell a story” clearly and concisely to various types of audiences

  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for process improvement

Qualifications

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
