Citigroup Business Intelligence and Enablement Lead in New York, New York

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Enablement Lead to spearhead our data visualization and reporting efforts, ensuring that everyone from client advisors to senior management have the data and insights necessary to make informed decisions.

Position Overview

The Business Intelligence and Enablement for Lead Citi Global Wealth will play a pivotal role in transforming data into strategic insights that guide decision-making across the organization. This position will be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative business intelligence capabilities across the entirety of the Citi Global Wealth franchise. This role will partner closely across the Private Bank, Wealth at Work, and Citigold businesses, as well as the product teams, to deliver metric/KPI reporting and foster a stronger data-driven culture. The ideal candidate will have extensive BI experience within a financial services context, with a proven ability to lead multi-phase projects and foster a culture of excellence.

Business Intelligence

Design, develop, and launch, dashboards, and reporting systems to track key performance metrics across all Wealth LOBs and products

Partner with stakeholders to identify data needs, ensure data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making.

Enablement

Develop and implement enablement programs that enhance operational efficiency and improve client service delivery, within an access-controlled and risk-approved visibility framework

Lead initiatives to expand tool adoption across the Wealth franchise, including trainings, office hours, use cases, etc.

Technology and Innovation

Partner closely with Technology within an Agile framework

Evaluate and implement appropriate tools that can scale with increased usage and content

Stay ahead of industry trends in business intelligence, wealth management technology, and operational enablement to ensure the firm and capabilities remain competitive.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence

  • At least 8 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics, preferably within the wealth management or financial services industry.

  • Proven history of success in leading and scaling BI functions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • Expertise in BI and CRM tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Domo , Salesforce, Dataiku) and data management systems.

  • Experience building and launching BI platform on JavaScript Framework like React, Angular, D3 etc,

Skills

  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.

  • Highly skilled in storytelling and stakeholder management

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in data management tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript Framework, Power BI, Domo, Snowflake, Hadoop, Tableau, etc.).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

$176,720.00 - $265,080.00
