FLSA: Exempt

Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week in office

All candidates must be within commutable distance of SEO’s offices at 55 Exchange Place, New York, NY 10005, upon hire.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Client Services Manager is a strategic and tactical liaison to the corporate partners of SEO Career’s prestigious internship program. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end partner relationship for 40 by collecting partner requisitions, communicating partner needs and role specs to the program team, and filling all partner requests to their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the key client contact for SEO Partners aligned by vertical.

  • Coordinates the internal partner access process and shares candidate resumes/profiles with partners, track responses, and measure outcomes.

  • Leverages analytical capabilities to organize and track information about partner requisitions and performs regular reporting to audit data.

  • Develops and implements strategies to increase partner engagement and satisfaction.

  • Collaborates with SEO Marketing & Communications team to create Partner Newsletter and other promotional materials to support and highlight partner opportunities.

  • Creates and disseminates the annual Intern Request Survey to garner interest for upcoming recruitment cycles.

  • Creates, distributes, and tracks contribution statements and acknowledgment letters for partners as a part of the intern placement process.

  • Coordinates with partners and internal operations team to host webinars and educational events.

  • Ensures program and recruiting teams are updated on partner requisitions and recruiting needs.

  • Provides general team support on the partner side for various tasks and handles other duties as required.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 3-5 years of professional work experience within a client services, account management, or partnership role.

  • Must have 2+ years' experience in a client-facing position as a primary point of contact.

  • A background in or working knowledge of financial services, private equity, or corporate staffing is preferred.

  • General technical proficiencies within a cloud-based environment, including using MS365 products, Box, Monday.com, and intermediate Excel.

  • Excellent communications skills. Must be proficient in communicating across email, chat, and phone.

  • Relationship Building:  Proven ability to build relationships across (and outside of) an organization and influence key stakeholders to get results through collaboration. Ability to quickly gain a working knowledge of how distinct parts of SEO Career’s organization function. Deep understanding of the needs of SEO Career’s partners.

  • Strategic Communication:  Able to communicate in writing and orally in a manner that is understandable to a diverse audience, including candidates, current SEO Career student interns, partners, SEO Career recruitment team members, and executive team members. Expertise in drawing meaningful insights from data to tell a narrative and operationalize solutions. Comfortable with speaking and presenting in public and matching narrative to meet audience needs.

  • Critical Thinking and Flexibility:  Capable of anticipating needs, employing best resources, and employing careful decision making. Able to adjust to changes and work demands quickly while maintaining a strategic and tactical vision to efficiently complete work. Ability to be both a self-starter and a team player who builds people-first relationships and always prioritizes the participant and partner experience.
