The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Portfolio Analyst is responsible for ensuring optimal pricing and execution across all CRE products and services, as well as risk oversight and reporting on the existing CRE portfolio.

The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Portfolio Analyst is responsible for ensuring optimal pricing and execution across all CRE products and services, as well as risk oversight and reporting on the existing CRE portfolio.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Develop tools to monitor and manage the existing production including operational reporting and efficiency and productivity metrics

• Optimize pricing strategy for portfolio production

• Monitor competitive landscape and make pricing recommendations and risk assessments

• Monitor existing portfolio and make recommendations to maximize yields

• Provide strategic balance and pricing forecasts for the CRE portfolio

• Manage expenses and review profit and loss reports with senior management

• Partner with Bank management, Treasury, Bank ALCO, UBS Bank Credit, and vendors or other key partners to implement pricing and reporting changes

• Maintain and validate CRE data utilized for reporting and analytics

• Take complex analyses and turn them into proposals with cogent commentary to numbers

• Provide management presentation support for the entire CRE team

Your team

You’ll be working as part of the CRE Portfolio Analytics Team remotely or New York, NY. Our team is responsible for managing the commercial real estate lending offering for high-net-worth clients and prospects.

Qualifications/Requirements

• B.A / B.S college degree

• 2+ years’ experience

• Understanding of lending fundamentals including loan pricing and cash flow analysis

• Track record of successfully supporting business users with reporting & analytics, decision support, and presentation support

• Ability to interact with all levels of management, multi-task and work well under pressure

• Strong ability to organize, analyze and interpret legal and compliance related materials

• Self-confident, good judgment, and sound decision making and problem-solving skills

• Advanced proficiencies in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SQL

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
