Healthy ecosystems can provide multiple benefits to local communities, benefits that are increasingly important with changes in climate. We work to accomplish this vision by protecting floodplains and shorelines from new development and hardening as well as restoring natural function to degraded floodplains and shorelines, which often involves making way for water. Additionally, we aim to better understand how the decisions and impacts of climate decisions are distributed across the landscape on local communities.SALARY INFORMATIONThe pay for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $27.75/hour.
