Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of thefollowing: Utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies to provide software advisory and implementationservices for clients in the financial services or technology industries; Designing sub-components of larger systems, integrating applications with each other, andcontinuously optimizing system structure, leveraging Agile methodology, Microsoft (MS) Visio, MSPowerPoint, Miro, and Jira; Tracking implementation defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documentingresolution details, utilizing Jira and Confluence; Developing functional specifications for custom development and interface with external systems,utilizing MS Whiteboard, MS PowerPoint, Miro, and Jira; Working across all phases of the Scrum and Agile project lifecycle to design, develop, test andimplement Salesforce platform for enterprise-level clients; Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional andtechnical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs,harnessing Agile methodology and Google Venture Design Sprint; Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely projectdelivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing MSPowerPoint, MS Excel, and monday.com; andAnalyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to supportproject design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Salesforce,Miro, MS PowerPoint, and MS Whiteboard.
