This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

How can you make an Impact?

Accountable to provide the Content Licensing team with a broad range of support in all aspects of permissions related activities. Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner. Setup new vendors in Oracle as needed. Follow up on all questions/issues related to invoice payments. Setup vendor purchase requisitions, reconcile as needed. Participate in data quality activities within GPS. Manage all onboarding activities for external vendors. Act as an additional resource to the Content Licensing team, working on special projects as needed. Work with CL team members to ensure all internal processes and training documents are documented and kept up to date for easy retrieval by team members. Keep training resources up to date.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for account creation, onboarding, and management for all Okta and DAL users. Provide both technical support to internal and external DAL users in the form of troubleshooting and training access issues.
  • Create Purchase Requisitions within Oracle SaaS for all projects with external vendors. Update and reconcile the purchase orders based on approved project end proforma.
  • Accountable for processing all Content Licensing related invoices in a timely manner. Set up new vendors as required. Manage and follow up on all invoice/payment related issues. Update GPS as needed with payment information.
  • Monitor corporate file retention guidelines and data governance protocols, implementing updated best practices as needed. Follow corporate records retention policy for offsite storage of vital records for the life of the company. Retrieval of and return of vital records for litigation research.
  • Ensure all Content Licensing process and training documentation is kept up to date and easily retrievable by members of the team. Work with team to maintain guidelines and procedures for GPS.
  • Assist all levels of Content Licensing team as needed to ensure quality and timeliness to meet scheduled deadlines, including supplying computer/application support.
  • Assist in locating/gathering legacy records/data as needed for projects

What you need to be considered:

  • Required Associates Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) and preferred Bachelors Degree
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully complete projects
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective networking and negotiation skills
  • Excellent team player with a strong background in collaborating successfully with internal and external partners to bring about successful execution of goals.

The pay range for this position is between$36,400 - $54,000annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
