JPMorgan Chase Corporate HQ Occupancy and Move Manager - Global Real Estate in New York, New York

JPMorgan Chase Corporate Real Estate is responsible for a worldwide occupancy portfolio of 75 million square feet across 61 countries in over 6,500 properties.

As a Corporate HQ Occupancy and Move Manager in Global Real Estate, you will be accountable for performance and end-to-end project management for occupancy planning and move management for 270 Park Ave.

You will serve as the senior point of contact for each Line of Business (LOB) and internal stakeholders on all 270 Park related occupancy and migration activity. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all projects stay on time, on budget, and ensure the right stakeholders are engaged throughout the process. The role will also require the development and execution of tactical plans for all moves into 270 Park, in partnership with move coordinators and other functional teams. An exemplary planning, presentation and communication skills and the ability to adapt to frequently changing needs and requirements and can manage a large portfolio of activities simultaneously will lend to your success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor team of occupancy planners and move specialists to ensure deliverables are met including schedule, budget, safety and quality targets

  • Act as the senior point of contact to LOB for all moves into 270 Park including project-related concerns and communications, as well as move management and execution

  • Coordinate project activity and communications with GRE and project stakeholders

  • Work with partners including Health & Wellness, Leadership Edge, and other applicable partners to manage their move into 270 Park

  • Collaborate with construction, technology and movers to align the occupancy and migration program with floor delivery timelines

  • Prepare and present occupancy planning materials to senior partners and leadership

  • Drive punch list and post occupancy requirements

  • Produce reports for senior leadership within each line of business to illustrate the detailed strategy for their function, including establishing reporting requirements including need to know and value-added information required to drive intelligent real estate and occupancy strategy

  • Collaborate with service leaders and their departments to validate needs, assess impact of future innovations and trends on the service model, and determine space location and requirements in the building

  • Ensure all project work with impacts on seat supply is fed into GRE's systems of record upon completion of project.

  • Regularly revisit the effectiveness of meetings, participants to ensure continuous improvement of operating model and execution of project deliverable

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 5+ years of real estate experience

  • Strong financial/analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) at all levels of management

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, including the ability tointeract with senior management

  • Ability to creatively solve tactical issues

  • Ability to work against short timelines in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of real estate, property metrics, and occupancy standards

  • Must have excellent organizational, strategic planning, and technical skills

  • Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables

  • Strong ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions and drive execution to full completion

  • Ability to productively work in a highly matrixed environment, and manage through influence across JP Morgan Chase and a large number of external partners
