Customer Success Director, Enterprise Subscriptions

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Director to lead the management of enterprise client relationships, growing revenue and subscriptions volume, and ensuring the post-sale experience meets the objectives of the client and Dow Jones. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of success in account management and engagement marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, including managing client expectations, identifying opportunities, and providing marketing solutions that meet their needs and Dow Jones’ subscription objectives.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, performance and B2B marketing teams, to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization, and to leverage resources and capabilities to deliver value to clients.

  • Set and achieve revenue and volume growth targets through effective and data-driven sales and marketing strategies, and by developing and executing customized client engagement plans.

  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure client satisfaction and engagement, and to identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client industries, markets, and business challenges, and use this knowledge to create tailored solutions that address their needs and exceed their expectations.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in engagement marketing, relationship management or relevant field.

  • External facing client experience

  • Ability to develop and execute engagement marketing strategies across multiple clients

Pay Range: $155,000 - $195,000
