Nuveen Investments CW Sr. Admin Assistant in New York, New York
This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.
The anticipated term of this engagement will be 4 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.
CW-Executive Assistant III
Participates in ongoing production processing and performs basic operational tasks under direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Completing assigned tasks within agreed upon timeframes.
Participating on project teams that are developing or implementing new products or services.
Performing quality assurance checks of peer deliverables.
Developing or upgrading product documentation and service manuals.

CW-Executive Assistant III
This CW Executive Assistant role will be responsible for assisting with the management and coordination of the administrative functions in support of the Energy Infrastructure Credit business. Participates in ongoing production processing and performs basic operational tasks under direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Manage scheduling for EIC team
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of senior EIC team members
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to EIC team
Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
Coordinate travel arrangements for EIC team (domestic and international)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Concur and Microsoft Office
Administrative experience in the financial services industry
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience coordinating travel both domestically and internationally

Base Pay Range: $16.94/hr. - $17.60/hr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
