Description

This role manages Digital & Social Media programs in conjunction with Online, Global Product Marketing and Consumer Engagement teams. This person is a problem solver that knows every detail of a project, from a strategic standpoint to the small details of project management: people, timeline, scope management, and budget.

Accountability:

• With social and online art directors, is responsible for overall social and online creative leadership, developing executive level relationships with Global Product Marketing, Online and Consumer Engagement, overseeing social producer and creative teams from beginning to end of each engagement's life cycle.

• Participate in strategic sessions with Consumer Engagement, helping define the brand positioning and voice in all digital channels.

• Manage interdisciplinary teams of digital designers and copywriters to evolve innovative creative concepts into clear sets of deliverables to be deployed to local markets

• Define the scope of projects (objectives, strategy, deliverables, schedule, and budget in conjunction with the Content Production Team.

• Manage social media content studio with Head of Production, making sure we're delivering best in class social assets.

• Oversee each phase of the internal and external approval process: including the approval of concepts, copy, design, final artwork, retouching.

• Responsible for keeping all evergreen online and social project on track through clear task lists, status, presentation of creative work, allocation of resources, and clear communications.

• Manage Tmall, Sephora, Nordstrom and other retailers pipeline with the brand.

• Resolve team conflicts, can think quickly under pressure and can engage a marketing and creative team to produce great work in short timelines.

Qualifications

• You have some affinity with QA processes such as GMP, Compliance.

• You have a basic knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP and LIMS is a plus.

• You work accurately and are someone with an eye for detail.

• You demonstrate the necessary independence, but you are also a good team player.
