Job Summary

Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a corporate dining location. You will manage and lead a team of associates, manage client relations and ensure the food and hospitality experiences offered are of superior quality. The director will work closely with the General Manager and Culinary team. This position is primarily Monday through Friday with daytime hours (some evening, as required). This location requires someone with an impeccable eye for detail with client/customer relationship building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments

  • Manage and train a team to ensure outstanding food and service though out the operation

  • Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the department and ensure the financial success of the account

  • Roll out new programs to help drive revenue and increase guest satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing foodservice operations

  • Strong management, leadership and coaching skills

  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal on various levels to include management, client, customer and associate levels.

  • Strong computer skills to include; various computer programs, Microsoft Office programs, PowerPoint and email.

  • Previous experience managing a budget and F&B financials

  • Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
