What You Will Do:

L’Oréal Group has aggressively embraced the digital era and has advanced many leading consumer-facing digital solutions across its business units. eCommerce (B2C & B2B), Martech (omni-channel activation CRM, Loyalty), Order management are areas of strategic focus, and it will power the next phase of our digital transformation.

Our largest transformations are currently to drive D2C channel growth, Content Platforms and omnichannel engagement, drive consumer engagement through digital services. We provide strategic guidance, subject matter expertise and executional leadership for efficient, effective and safe applications of digital tactics. We drive the adoption of technology solutions that will allow divisions and brands to leverage data analytics products in the daily decision making. Our vision is to amplify actionability from new and compelling insights from data to drive incremental results, uncovering solutions compliant to privacy by design.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and own the Solution blueprint to architect(High level and low level tech design) on the digital, Martech and O+O data analytics products.

  • Manage software/SaaS contracts and usage around master data management technologies like Reltio Databricks, Cassandra, Dynamo DB, etc...

  • Provide technical guidance and resolve any questions to cross functional teams on cloud platforms including AWS, GCP with a focus on scalable, repeatable processes

  • Provide Solution, Tech and Architecture expertise to the digital products.

  • Own the build capabilities to connect the digital products across the organization

  • Utilize best in class technology and integration solutions to advance business at the division and brand through solving tech integration between content, commerce, Order Management, payment technologies and CRM platforms.

  • Be a subject matter expert on content and commerce technology platforms (sitecore, commerce cloud, APIGEE, Opentxt..)

  • Provide strategic guidance, subject matter expertise and executional leadership from a technology solution standpoint for efficient, effective and safe applications of digital tactics.

  • Support the Design and Build of consumer data and media analytics products through knowledge in using cloud services and tools.

  • Acting as key point of contact and work cross functionally with all product delivery leads on providing solution architecture decisions.

  • Establish process for the product tech teams to solve cross product tech integrations.

  • Support stability of tech platforms with the existing Managed Services Contracts and provide oversight to the external agencies on ensuring the right quality of people are available.

  • Partnering with Enterprise architecture, Security and global teams through an alliance relationship and owning the technology solution topics around content & commerce transversal topics

  • Managing relationship with agencies from a technology solution delivery standpoint.

  • Assist the innovation teams on creating a solution blueprint for a pilot to market.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other technical discipline

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in solutioning consumer facing applications, Data Management or Data Architecture roles

  • Preferred experience with industry standard content and commerce platforms.

  • Significant knowledge of integration design pattens, API vs. batch, Headless, React, Node.js.. and cloud related services

  • Proficient in relational data modeling concepts and implementations

  • Experience working with APIs to collect/ingest and send data

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

  • Experience driving technical teams in a matrix cross functional team set up.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong expertise with data pipelines, python, spark, Big data analytics, data model, SQL,

  • Expertise on AWS, GCP and data virtualization tools/strategy.

  • Outstanding functional and technical communication skills and demonstrated business and IT collaboration.

  • Proficiency in distributed and parallel computing methodologies and tools, APIs, integration and cloud principles to implement business solutions

  • Technology solution expertise on consumer facing platforms around content and commerce, Order Management System, Payment technologies, Data analytics products around consumer and media.

  • Understanding of optimal system integration architecture designs for multiple types of content and commerce technologies (Sitecore, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, APIGEE, Order management System, Digital Services Platform like Modiface, Jebbit..)

  • Hands on experience with content and commerce technologies is a plus

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $138,500 - $200,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
