Position Summary

You start your day early attending the stand-up of the development team, seeing if there are points you can clarify and if the team is on track. Afterwards you analyze user data to spark innovative ideas for the enhancement of Merlin, Kinesso's flagship tactical planning product you are responsible for. Stakeholders' meetings are frequently a part of your day-to-day activities to gain valuable feedback en insights.

After lunch you start refining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company goals. You review designs that are delivered to you and polish them for the upcoming features, ensuring the UX and UI is on point. Today you have a few meetings with team members in the US and Latin America and the evening with counterparts in APAC.

Responsibilities
  • Own the overall product strategy & KPIs, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives
  • Manage multiple stakeholder relationships balancing intakes of business needs & feature requests to deliver a prioritize roadmap to maximize business value
  • Partner with engineering, client services, and design counterparts around the globe for successful product strategy and execution
  • Drive discovery and data analysis practices to uncover new opportunities and areas of value
  • Establish strong relationships and trust across multiple international stakeholder groups.
  • Collaborate with a team of international product managers

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in Product Management, preferably in an advertising technology field
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to effectively evangelize the product strategy and vision with executive leadership
  • Proven track record of setting product development targets and delivering results
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end strategic planning to media tactical planning to activation to billing
  • Strong organizational leadership skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence teams cross-functionally
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, assess tradeoffs and evaluate new opportunities to drive the business forward
  • Strong knowledge of advertising technology environments, including audience building and syndication is a huge plus
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in Dutch is a plus, proficiency in English, both written and verbally necessary

The salary range for this position is posted below. Salary Range
$160,000-$190,000 USD
