Full Job DescriptionB2B Engagement Manager / Business Development MarketingThis role will be ongoing, fully remote and working 30+ hours/weekPosition OverviewThe B2B Engagement Manager / Business Development Marketing role is responsible for driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives aimed at identifying leads and developing relationships within healthcare systems. This position focuses on creating engagement strategies that effectively promote our services and enhance brand visibility in the B2B sector.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify leads within healthcare systems and organizationsImplement a scoring system to measure leads based on engagement (e.g., attending webinars, downloading reports) and continuously provide access to Business Development leaders Collaborate with internal BD leaders and potentially external partners (e.g., database providers or consulting firms) and search on LinkedIn to build and maintain email lists of decision-makers at healthcare systems that could be potential partners for Solis Mammography.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop thought leadership contentOutline thought leadership topics that are appealing to healthcare C-suite executives (e.g., managing the rollout of new AI in healthcare systems, consumerism and retail healthcare, trends in womens health, joint ventures for healthcare systems) Coordinate quarterly webinars. Work with internal partners to secure speakers, create presentations, and manage webinar logistics.Prepare reports on campaign performance and lead generation metricsCultivate relationships with industry stakeholders and prospectsDevelop communication strategies for post-event follow-ups and lead nurturingContribute to multi-channel marketing initiatives including press releases and blog postsQualifications3+ years of experience in B2B marketing and business developmentStrong understanding of healthcare systems and consumerismProven ability to develop engagement strategies that drive resultsExperience with lead generation tactics and calendar planningExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with marketing automation tools and analyticsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
