COTY is looking for smart leaders who are tenacious, passionate, and fearlessly kind.

We are seeking an experienced Facialist to join the Orveda Maison Boutique team. The Facialist will be responsible for delivering best in class facial treatments, educating our discerning clientele on the science and efficacy of Orveda skincare while selling products to enhance their at home skincare routine.

In this role you will be responsible to:

• Always represent the Orveda brand image in line with brand guidelines including but not limited to: clothing uniform standards, visual merchandising, cleanliness of boutique and spa spaces, etc.
• Work in compliance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, returns, and exchanges.
• Ensure that the facial protocol is followed precisely, that the cabin is prepared, and that the diagnosis, treatment, protocol steps and client follow-up are all performed perfectly.
• Customize facial treatments with an in-depth skin diagnosis and demonstrate advanced spa knowledge & expertise including knowledge of the skin, muscles, ageing process, a scientific approach to skincare products, and overall wellness.
• Achieve and monitor personal sales objectives inclusive of facials performed and product sales.
• Willing to go beyond the target and personal sales growth by cross-selling and upselling actions.
• Actively develop personal repeat clientele to support personal facial and product sales objectives.
• Partner with Boutique Director to identify and pursue new opportunities for sales growth with new and existing clientele.

We'd love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

• Minimum 3-5 years of facialist experience within a luxury spa, hotel or clinic.
• New York State Esthetician license required.
• Luxury skincare experience required.
• Expertise in facial massage techniques.
• Willingness and availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and select holidays based on a retail schedule.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

• English fluency is mandatory, additional languages a plus.
• Experience working with aesthetic tools a plus (ie: steamer, light therapy, radiofrequency, extraction tools, etc)

Base Salary Range:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
