This role is a freelance to full-time position with a hybrid schedule in Manhattan.Responsibilities:- Lead communications and collaborate with team on refining concepts, pitches and executions- Conceive creative for events and develop proposals - Concept and pitch "out of the box" events, that are ultimately Instagram-able. - Source and make strategic recommendations on venues, decor, third-party vendors, etc. - Oversee budgets and project timelines - Lead logistics and on-ground support at events, as well as post-event reporting- Some evening and weekends requiredMust Haves:- 3+ years experience with events or PR- Experience working with small budgets, as well as larger budgets - Bilingual, Spanish-speakingNice to Haves:- Creative, collaborative mind-set with a passion for fashion, lifestyle, and food/bev- Past experience in luxury, hospitality or food/bev is a plus- Self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
