Job Description

  • Lead and partner to create business strategy for the agency in addition to their portfolio

  • Partner with discipline leadership to champion new offerings or ways of enriching our services

  • Capable of influencing the decisions of C-suite leaders

  • Maintain competencies and exhibits passion in driving inclusion of entry talent all of the way to being well versed in leading our clients' executives

  • Maintain and grow executive relationships with clients, prospective clients, and leaders across Publicis Groupe

  • Foster community at different levels in the organization

  • Demonstrate a growth mindset to constantly improve their approach to cultivating relationships - invested in feedback and changing

  • Ensure client has a positive experience with Razorfish/Groupe and champion initiatives/change when needed

  • Champion alignment across Razorfish colleagues and initiatives to elevate our craft

  • Responsible for structures and mechanisms that promote great client experiences

  • Communicate prepared remarks, forming and or deliver points of view in real-time

  • Communicate in forums beyond our clients and Razorfish (e.g. industry, press, etc.)

  • Craft tailored value propositions and approach to measurement

  • Successfully influence the client's business, and assist in helping them find new sources of growth

  • Manage advanced client challenges and/or market dynamics to craft new ways we can help our clients

Qualifications

  • 20 years of experience in Client Services/ Accounts or similar – agency and pharma industry experience preferred

  • Experience working on and understanding digital ecosystems

  • Experience operating at all levels across services, complexity and scale

  • Experience coaching other to drive growth and create new sources of growth

  • Demonstrable YoY growth across portfolio and show attributable affect on other areas of growth in the organization

  • Experience championing financial practices to enable growth to garner and carry out company investments

  • Experience and ability to problem solve, find ways to commercialize services, multiply the impact of other

  • Experience fostering client relations, presenting pitches, creating processes, and leading teams

Compensation Range: $241,000 - $325,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 08/09/2024.
