Amazon Executive Assistant, Ad Sales in New York, New York
Description
Amazon Ads is seeking a self-driven, customer obsessed, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support 2-3 Directors on the Global Video Ads team. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping the organization's leaders and teams organized, informed, and on task through meticulous calendar management, scheduling, and collaboration with other Executive Assistants.
This high impact, high visibility role requires outstanding planning and communication skills. The right candidate will have a strong bias for action and the ability to operate proactively and strategically, while anticipating needs. Impeccable attention to detail, good judgement, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams are critical to success. As is a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism dealing with senior executives inside and outside the company. This is a New York based role.
Key job responsibilities
Complex calendar management and coordination of high-level internal and external meetings
Seamlessly manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, as well as expense reporting
Manage large event logistics (in-person and virtually) including catering, accommodations, and materials (e.g. All Team events, management courses, offsites, etc.)
Partner closely and proactively with Finance, HR, Recruiting, and EAs throughout the Ads org
Attend key meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, and following up on outstanding items
Manage team space, including moves and reconfigurations
Complete a high volume of tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance
React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of professional or military experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience managing multiple calendars

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
