The salary range for this role, based in New York is $112, 320 to $140, 400. The range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Job Summary:

Pernod-Ricard is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager, Analytics & Planning to support our cross-functional A&P execution, monitoring, and planning activities as well as our Media team. This position plays a critical role in managing 50% of the company's overall investments.

What you'll do

A&P Management

  • Manage purchase orders (POs) and ensure clean, up-to-date data
  • Identify affordability gaps and track POs against accruals around year-end
  • Support A&P plans management and identify overall risks and opportunities
  • Financial Management & Reporting
  • Facilitate A&P close processes, including Hard Close, accrual review, and validation
  • Address auditor inquiries, testing, and additional requests
  • Support A&P RF submissions and system/presentation updates
  • A&P Media & e-Commerce Team Support
  • Maintain and update A&P programs and purchase orders based on Media team input
  • Process Media billings in a timely manner and resolve any roadblocks with the AP team
  • Support Media team in tracking progress and managing year-end close
  • Support parallel A&P workstreams
  • Act as a subject matter expert for day-to-day A&P process-related questions
  • Maintain updated A&P documentation
  • Participate in system user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed
  • Communicate team needs and feedback to the A&P Business and Process manager
  • Support ad-hoc requests and analysis as needed

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in finance FP&A and budget management
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
