RGP Financial Services - SOX, Internal Audit, Internal Controls Consulting in New York, New York
RGP is looking for Sarbanes-Oxley, Internal Controls and Audit Consultants to support our Banking and Financial Services clients. Roles vary from Fully Remote to Hybrid Onsite across various US Clients.
You will support RGP client SOX, Internal Control and Internal Audit areas.
Responsibilities include one or more of the following:
Execution and/or Implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Audits and SOX processes, creation of SOX documentation including SOX 404.
Planning and Execution of Internal Audits e. . Financial Audits, Regulatory Reporting Audit, Audit of Specific Banking Product Areas, IT Audits or Cyber Audit
Internal Controls review, documentation and implementation around: Financial Reporting / Accounting, Finance Internal Controls Review and Documentation.
Project Management and Process Reengineering activities.
Interaction with various business and financial reporting areas including Banking Product areas and Regulatory Reporting and/or Regulatory Compliance areas.
You will bring:
Bachelor's Degree or other Advanced Degree in relevant concentration such as Finance or Accounting
7+ years of experience working in SOX, Internal Audit or Internal Controls Functions with large Financial Services Institutions such as Top-tier Banks, Investment Management and/or Payments Companies.
7+ years of solid SOX, Internal Audit or Internal Controls experience including strong execution and planning)
CPA or CIA designations are a big plus.
Ability to manage audits and execute Project Management activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desire and ability to gain new experience in complex, dynamic environments.
Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
Pay Range: HOURLY PAY VARIES BY EXPERIENCE TYPICALLY IN THE RANGE OF $75-50 PER HOUR.
