Essential Functions:

Sales Performance activities and responsibilities may include:

  • Single Process Inventory Manager for Leasing line of business

  • Compliance and Operational Risk liaison

  • Leasing NFRR governance and Report Owner

  • SME for Leasing on GIS, AIM and SIAIs

  • Technology liaison for prioritization and budget

Required skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified

7+ Years experience in Sales Performance Management, preferably in Equipment Leasing environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Broad knowledge of leasing or lending process

  • Understanding of GCIB, GCB, GWIM and Enterprise Credit organizations and activities

  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a fluid environment

  • Must be able to interact with all levels of management

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Highly organized

  • Professional demeanor/positive disposition

  • Travel-less than 5%

  • Preferred location: Charlotte NC, Chicago IL, New York
