Description We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Analyst I to join our team located in New York, New York, 10018, United States. In this role, you will focus on providing first-level technical support, managing end-client inquiries, and troubleshooting user/password issues. Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for end clients, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.

• Handle client inquiries, predominantly related to non-profit software, and provide appropriate solutions.

• Manage user/password issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

• Utilize your skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies to enhance our service quality.

• Maintain and troubleshoot databases, ensuring their optimal performance.

• Use EO/IR systems effectively for problem resolution.

• Administer Active Directory to manage network, data security, and user access.

• Support Apple Devices and Computer Hardware, addressing any issues that arise.

• Perform Configuration Management tasks to maintain system security and efficiency.

• Manage Deployments effectively to ensure smooth operations and minimize service interruptions. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in Android Development

• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies

• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies

• Strong understanding of Database management

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Experience with Active Directory

• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Apple Devices

• Proficiency in Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management
