Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in the Non-Profit industry based in NEW YORK, New York. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, managing recruitment procedures, and creating and implementing recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract suitable candidates using various sources such as databases, social media, etc.

• Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.

• Manage recruitment procedures from start to finish.

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to improve sourcing, evaluation, and pipeline management.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of the role and the team.

• Utilize Corporate Recruiting best practices for sourcing, attracting, and hiring job candidates.

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment processes.

• Use Oracle HR systems for managing the recruitment process.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in HR Recruiting within the non-profit sector

• Proficiency in using Oracle for HR and recruitment processes

• In-depth knowledge of corporate recruiting strategies and best practices

• Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment plans

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
