JPMorgan Chase J.P. Morgan Wealth Management - Senior Associate, National Branch Sales Strategy in New York, New York

J.P. Morgan Wealth Management (JPMWM) is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase Wealth Management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, J.P. Morgan Self-Directed Investing (digital platform), J.P. Morgan Investments Direct, and J.P. Morgan Personal Advisors. J.P. Morgan (our Remote Wealth Management offering).

As a Senior Associate in the National Branch Sales Strategy within J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will have end-to-end ownership of National Branch's Platform delivery management and reporting. You will be responsible for partnering closely with key stakeholders and product owners across the organization to ensure alignment in designing and implementing the platform strategy and roadmap. Your role will be critical in defining business requirements for various digital products across our Wealth Management business and promoting feedback from both our clients and advisors towards adoption of the platform. This role provides an opportunity to contribute significantly to the success and future growth of the National Branch.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the overall Project Execution management and reporting, inclusive of oversight of backlog management from all partner Product Owners as well as of all unique National Branch initiatives

  • Partner with our Technology, Strategy and Business execution teams to ensure transparency across the business and training on all platform deliverables

  • Take responsibility by identifying any delivery issues, problem-solving solutions, including escalations

  • Act as the main point of contact to define and collect all National Branch Platform adoption-related metrics and feedback, synthesize such feedback, and produce specific recommendation(s) for driving adoption further which is critical in influencing National Branch overall strategy as well as Platform design-related roadmap(s)

  • Support the delivery of the multi-year National Branch Platform Roadmap

  • Work closely with all relevant functions / partners (e.g. partner Product Owners, Legal, Risk and Control Partners, Technology Partners, Program Management, etc.) to help manage the National Branch-related backlog across all parties, to ensure timely delivery of all requirements

  • Act as the main point of contact for all delivery-related questions

  • Proactively identify any potential delivery issues and escalate them in a timely manner

  • Lead decision-making and prioritization as they relate to delivery of the Platform-related requirements, considering the National Branch offering as a whole

  • Promote analysis, design and management of the requirements related to increasing Platform adoption

  • Act as an active contributor to the design of the Operating models and workflows to support optimum efficiency across internal processes, from the Platform adoption perspective

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Platform Delivery and / or Program Management

  • Ability to handle initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous, and regulatory deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment

  • Excellent end-to-end generalist problem solving skills and ability to prioritize and analyze issues

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resources

  • Highly self-motivated with a track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative and achieving challenging goals

  • Strong verbal communication and presentations skills

  • Strong written communication skills: the ability to write clearly with a high level of sophistication and detail
