How you will make an impact:
We are looking for a Lead Analyst, Business Process Management with experience in process improvement, data analysis and project management; and a passion for driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness. In the role, you will be focusing on increasing sales productivity and optimizing our quote to cash processes with the ultimate goal of reducing cost of sale for our revenue organization.
What you'll do:
Build or improve workflows, implement new tools, and drive sales and operational productivity:
Assessment and Planning -- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the organization's current process state. Identify challenges, uncover areas of opportunities.
Operational Innovation -- Rethink how we do business. Research, evaluate and select business mapping tools & technologies. Present new/creative strategies or integrations to pursue with quantifiable gains.
Automation -- Redesign existing workflows around newly established processes; lead process development for upcoming initiatives.
Document & Measure -- Benchmark baseline metrics; develop measurement methodologies to calculate savings, ROI, cost reduction and yield for process, system, or resource changes made to operations
Analytics -- Leverage data in making business decisions. Inform how best to scale up new products, demand channels, etc.
Continuous Improvement -- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making ongoing adjustments to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
Project Management -- Lead and manage projects related to sales process improvements and technology implementations, ensuring timely and successful completion.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, with a focus on sales and QTC processes. Experience in ad technology is highly preferred.
Experience in workflow automation and development of innovative products for a diverse customer base.
Proficiency in sales and QTC technologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating and driving solutions across various teams
Established record of delivering on time, in scope. Proactively makes correct trade-offs between scope & timing.
A team player with a strong work ethic, able to build and maintain business and technical relationships, balances autonomy and accountability to get things done.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $99,000 to $127,125 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
