Insight Global Lead Compliance Officer in New York, New York

Job Description

A commercial banking client is looking for a Compliance Officer to join their organization this person will be assisting the Chief Compliance Officer for all day to day activities. They will be involved and exposed to all areas of compliance including BSA, AML, KYC and OFAC.

The role will include:

* Onboarding and review of new accounts for KYC, CIP and OFAC.

* Review wires for OFAC fails.

* Review of TM Alerts

* Assist in preparation of risk assessments and annual report

* Work closely with OCC for annual review.

* Oversight of other compliance individuals while CCO is unavailable

Skills and Requirements

  • 8-10 yrs of compliance

  • ACAMS

  • Experience with Actimize or Prime

  • Consumer compliance, Reg E, CRA

  • Sit in NJ wycoff 1-2 days nyc 1-2 days null
