Responsibilities

  • Assemble and manage a project team of internal and external professionals
  • Monitor and review the workload of one or more direct & indirect team members
  • Develop, review, and approve plans for completing project deliverables
  • Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations
  • Prepare and/or review project contracts
  • Play critical leadership, coordination, and communication role with all stakeholders
  • Ensure the project plan, scope, work structure, schedule, and budget are maintained by all involved parties
  • Create and evaluate project schedules
  • Develop project budgets; monitor and ensure budgets are met
  • Track savings opportunities and cost avoidance for client documentation
  • Oversee document preparation and completion
  • Create and evaluate project reporting; provide timely and accurate project status reporting to internal and external parties
  • Continually seek and capitalize upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
  • Prepare agendas and meeting minutes
  • Proactively identify or gain feedback for improvements and/or process gaps from account team or client, or at the direction of account leadership, prepare value proposition for new programs and assignments.
  • Gather data (inclusive of customer & team feedback) and requirements to assess opportunities to streamline and gain efficiencies in existing processes and programs.
  • Assist with new business pursuits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Project Management, or related discipline is preferred
  • 7+ years of project, program or mergers & acquisitions management experience
  • Or any similar combination of education and experience
  • PMP certification or ability to pursue
  • Lean Six Sigma/Agile training/experience preferred
  • Change Management training/experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of the commercial real estate industry is required
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheets)
  • Willing/able to travel
  • Strong organization with proven leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform duties under deadline pressure in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Detail oriented and thorough
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

Physical Requirements

  • Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day
  • May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/ scanner
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
  • Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
  • Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
  • Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $127,500.00 - $150,000.00
