Manager, Global Product Licensing - Calvin Klein

The Licensing Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our brand's licensing partnerships, ensuring alignment with our brand identity, and driving revenue growth through strategic licensing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Partnership Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a specific group of licensing partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all licensing-related matters

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication, adherence to brand guidelines, and effective execution of licensed products

Licensing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive licensing strategy that aligns with the company's brand identity, market positioning, and business goals

  • Identify potential licensing opportunities and partnerships that enhance the brand's presence and revenue streams

Negotiation and Contract Compliance:

  • Assist Sr. Director in analyzing business proposals, as well as negotiating licensing agreements & amendments

  • Continuous monitoring of licensee’s adherence to contracts regarding use of mark, product, pricing, distribution, etc.

​ Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance of licensees, including the analysis of quarterly sales reports to ensure adherence of approved accounts and distribution

  • Prepare regular reports on licensing revenue, trends, and other ad hoc analyses for senior management

  • Assist Finance with the Pre-Budget and Budget (AOP) Licensing submission and asses any risk and/or opportunities to licensees’ projections

Market Research and Trends:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new licensing opportunities and potential risks

New Business Development:

  • Proactively seek out and evaluate potential new licensing partners, assessing their alignment with the brand's values and objectives

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fashion brand in the apparel licensing industry

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite; efficient in Excel (i.e VLOOKUP, formulas, graphs, pivot tables

  • Knowledge of the retail and competitive brand landscape

  • Must possess strong influencing skills

  • Highly service oriented

  • Strong written and communication skills

  • Provide recommendations and guide teams to make decisions in a timely manner

  • Ability to work with leaders to provide team recommendations for final decisions

  • Comfortable with all levels and cultures/relationship builder, needs to be able to navigate within the licensee and at CKI

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Effectively and efficiently communicate internally and externally

  • Flexible and able to adapt in response to business needs

This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Pay Range:$85,000 - 100,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
