Kroll, LLC Manager II, Kroll Digital Solutions in New York, New York

The Manager II (Product Specialist) plays a critical role in the growth of Kroll's PCM platform. We are looking for a Manager II (Product Specialist) who will demo and help to implement Kroll's products to new and existing customers. You may have been a Product Specialist or come from another role, where you shared a passion for customer interaction and technology. You will apply product knowledge throughout the sales cycle and collaborate across all departments within Kroll to ensure our products are presented accurately and our value prop is being articulated effectively. Working with our product and sales teams on net-new opportunities and existing customers expansion, your primary focus is to help grow our platform through creative storytelling to demonstrate how our customers interact with Kroll's products.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Determining key benefits for customers with Sales, the Product team, and Executive Sponsors
  • Drive product enhancement by working directly with Sales, Product and Engineering teams.
  • Confidently present Kroll PCM products and services over the phone or in-person
  • Manage product deployment for strategic client implementations.
  • Deliver seamless product experience through the sales lifecycle.
  • Lead implementation of large capital markets clients on to the Kroll platform
  • Responsible for the bottom of the sales funnel: prospect due diligence and contract execution
  • Ability to manage participants, colleagues, etc. within meetings to ensure adequate time to demonstrate requirements.
  • Rehearsal and practice ahead of all demonstrations
  • Partnering with prospects and customers to solicit requirements, develop a common understanding of project success factors, and translating them into recommended solution designs with the associated Professional Services effort estimates.
  • Presenting solution designs and high-level implementation plans to prospects, and customers to achieve alignment and buy-in
  • Creating, reviewing, and documenting project scope and work estimates in the form of a Statement of Work for custom projects
  • Partnering with Sales, Professional Services, and Legal to present Statements of Work to prospects and customers, review and negotiate on the terms, and secure agreement in the form of formal signoff.

Essential Traits:

  • You've been in a related field (Sales, Solution Engineering, or Presales) for 2-5 years.
  • You've worked with cross-functional teams; specifically, with technical teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services)
  • You're a go-getter with an excellent ability to manage ongoing projects simultaneously.
  • You have exceptional communication skills and don't shy away from speaking publicly and presenting.
  • You're someone who loves to take on challenges; you work hard to understand the ins and outs of new products and services.
  • You're accountable for your work! You take the time to invest in research, learning, and practice to make yourself an expert in your field!
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS company is a bonus, extra points for work with an enterprise software.
  • You're ambitious! You've worked in an environment where you have high autonomy, taking the initiative to get things done.
  • Travel in North America will be required

The current New York salary range for this position is $175, 000 - $250, 000.
