  • Work with your team to explore new, innovative feature ideas that amaze and delight product teams of all sizes, and fundamentally improve how they build products.
  • Drive execution of product strategy by building effective roadmaps and motivating cross functional teams around a shared vision for success
We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Strong cross collaboration skills to drive alignment and business impact across the organization
While not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
  • Deep user empathy and are able to understand complex product spaces
  • Passion for creating an environment for a successful team
  • Willingness to do whatever it takes to make your team successful, whether that's sweating the small details, doing IC work, or going back and forth with execs to find the right way forward
  • An affinity for the fast-paced, changing environment of a start-up, a sense of humor and get-it-done personality
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
