Manager, Regulatory Risk & Compliance (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, New York, NY. Help companies rethink their approach to risk and create a sustainable risk advantage. Provide unique client proposition, assist clients develop proper internal controls by leveraging analytics, and technology solutions to underpin efficient execution of governance, and to optimize and streamline their risk and compliance policies, enhancing overall business performance. Help inform clients on controls or requirements that require enhancements and help with the compliance change management components driving new technical and business requirements out to their end users. Supervise and coach professional teams.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $159,682/yr.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Legal Studies, Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Legal Studies, Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:•Developing and implementing compliance programs, including remediation of regulatory issues;•Development of solutions related to sales and trading, compliance, operations, and/or regulatory reporting in a number of functional areas of sell side/buy side, retail and/or institutional Broker-dealers;•Providing support to clients in the operation of the risk management framework, including periodic risk assessment reviews, and/or identification of emerging risks (including regulatory changes);•Defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection; and•Creating reports and deliverable for clients which may include regulatory checklists, SOPs, policies and procedures by leveraging technology and other software like Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, Compliance Insights, and/or Enterprise Risk Management.80% telecommuting permitted.
