Own all components of a Solution Architects lifecycle at Branch which includes but is not limited to: hiring and recruiting, retaining and developing talent, resource allocation and project planning, performance and compensation, career development. Devise, lead and execute initiatives that contribute to both Solution Architect goals and broader company goals. Understand and clearly communicate details behind Branch’s SDK & SaaS products with technical & non-technical customer audiences. Hire, train and mentor a team of high-performing Solution Architects. Telecommuting permitted.The position requires a Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering or in related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.Special Requirements: Position requires experience in each of the following skills:1. Experience in Mobile or SaaS industries in a customer-facing role;2. iOS or Android programming experience with Java, Objective-C, Swift, or Kotlin;3. Troubleshooting software implementation issues within mobile applications and websites;4. SDKs in a customer-facing role;5. Scripting languages, including: SQL and Python;6.
