Our Fixed Asset Advisory Services (FAAS) provides fixed asset management and property insurance appraisal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Independently or as a team member, executes engagements, or, as a Project Manager, manages one or more consultants to execute large or multi-discipline consulting engagements. Execution includes:

  • Managing client relationships; identifying and developing opportunities to enhance relationships with existing clients/contacts and new potential business (existing services or identifying and/or developing potential new services/products).
  • Working with management to build and maintain client relationships
  • Interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement
  • Providing insight and expertise on target industries, market and competitor information
  • Managing valuation analysis, including determining appropriate valuation methodology and building and reviewing financial models
  • Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports
  • Attending relevant industry events to broaden your knowledge and experience
  • Manage and oversee an existing professional staff to perform valuation services
  • Recruiting, training, developing and evaluating valuation professionals and administrative staff
  • Identifying cross-marketing opportunities within and across Kroll
  • Overall engagement responsibility for multiple engagements, as well as potentially other Kroll service offerings
  • Demonstrating support in advancing company and practice objectives of profitability, professionalism and teamwork with colleagues and clients


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree. Degree major or emphasis required is dependent on the discipline or practice area in which the position resides; generally, financial, engineering, real estate, business administration, or other field relevant to valuation consulting.
  • Approximately ten years of business experience in valuation with a comprehensive understanding of valuation techniques and the ability to apply them independently to large or multi-discipline engagements.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience including managing and developing client relationships and mentoring and developing staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of software packages including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
  • Experience working with diverse teams
