Job Summary
Langan is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its collaborative team in New York City. This individual will serve a key function in preparing proposals, qualifications and presentations, researching business development opportunities, and providing marketing event support for projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a national business development and marketing team and will partner with the firm’s employees and leadership, as well as architects, construction management firms, developers, attorneys and other consultants to drive the firm’s growth.
Job Responsibilities
Effectively prepares, assists with, and tracks proposals, statement of qualifications, requests for quotations and pricing and other marketing collateral from concept through completion;
Composes, edits, and creates graphic material and prepares staff resumes and project experience needed for RFQs, RFPs and other reports;
Coordinates, tracks, and supports the firm’s business development/marketing activities;
Prepares and completes 330 standard federal forms;
Assists in the coordination of trade shows and special events;
Designs schedules and coordinates meetings, events, and appointments to ensure success of meeting deadlines;
Attends networking events on behalf of the firm when appropriate; and
Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field required;
Internship or professional experience within the real estate, architectural, engineering or construction industry;
Experience with PowerPoint, Quark, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs;
Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables;
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and editing skills;
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities; and
Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.

Certain US jurisdictions require Langan to include an estimate of salary or hourly ranges. The estimated range for this role is: $29 - $32. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, location, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills. Certain roles may be eligible for overtime and participation in the firm's annual bonus and performance review program. Bonuses are discretionary and based on individual job performance and the profitability of the firm. Employees are also eligible to receive up to 20 days of paid vacation time, 10 days of paid sick time and 10 paid holidays throughout the year. Eligibility and actual paid time off may vary based on local law and factors such as hours worked, related work experience and level.
