Citigroup Marketing Program Management Senior Analyst, AVP in New York, New York

The Citi/AAdvantage Digital Marketing Lead Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the management of American Airlines (AA partner) email marketing channels for the Citi Portfolio. This individual will assist in end-to-end campaign management, strategy, and execution of acquisitions marketing campaigns. This role will drive cards acquisitions in email channels such as AA solo emails, pre-screen emails, customer trigger based emails, and cross marketing via AA Marketing and servicing trigger emails

The Citi/AAdvantage Digital Marketing Lead Analyst will be responsible for delivering against ambitious business objectives and provide product marketing and customer experience leadership in a fast-paced environment. This individual will maintain strong relationships with AA through day-to-day discussions in developing and helping negotiate acquisition strategies, such as targeting and channel engagement to achieve segment growth.

Keys to success will be developing and leveraging strong partnerships with internal teams, stakeholders and subject matter experts such as Decision Management, Marketing Investment, Product, Risk, Finance, Legal and Compliance. Through frequent AA Partner interaction, the Citi/AAdvantage Digital Marketing Lead Analyst will influence the success of partner email channel strategies in alignment with Citi’s goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are designed and executed flawlessly to meet business goals. Engaged in implementing test strategies, developing campaign schedules, business as usual (BAU) auditing, and applying critical thinking to identify and mitigate potential issues. Assesses for impacts and potential need for additional testing to ensure overall channel integrity

  • Collaborate with business partners to execute campaigns/initiatives that drive acquisitions growth and greater customer engagement

  • Make decisions and recommendations based on analytics

  • Identify and manage issues to resolution

  • Manage channel level account and expense forecasting, reporting and analysis

  • Assist with monthly budget reconciliation and marketing invoice processing to ensure proper vendor execution

  • Manage internal legal and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns

  • Evaluate program performance to drive future strategies, optimize existing channel performance and identify opportunities for improved efficiency, effectiveness and customer experience

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years’ experience

  • Requires attention to detail, excellent project management skills, good communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at once.

  • Creative problem solving and sense of ownership.

  • Solid communication, presentation and project management skills.

  • Ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Education:

  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$98,960.00 - $148,440.00
