JPMorgan Chase Marketing Senior Associate- Small Business Card in New York, New York

As a Marketing Senior Associate in the Chase Branded Cards team, you will support the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for the Chase Small Business Credit Card product suite, focusing on travel cards. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure effective messaging and strategies across all marketing campaigns. Your role is crucial in amplifying brand awareness and perception, making a significant impact on small business owners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute initiatives to enhance brand awareness for the Chase Ink portfolio.

  • Collaborate with Brand, PR, Creative, Digital, Paid Media, and external agencies.

  • Manage Paid Social and Content strategy, including development, production, and optimization.

  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing campaigns.

  • Support cross-functional partners in delivering effective marketing strategies.

  • Analyze campaign results to develop insights and improve future initiatives.

  • Maintain strong attention to detail for flawless execution.

  • Balance tactical deliverables with strategic thinking in a dynamic environment.

  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on Marketing Strategy, Brand, or Advertising.

  • Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership and creative problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for the small business segment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in complex campaign analysis and insight development.

  • Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude.

  • Strong relationship management skills.

  • Experience in Paid Social and creative development preferred.

  • This role may require occasional travel.
