The Department of Emergency Medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons is seeking tenure-track faculty at the Assistant and Associate Professor ranks to support its research mission. We are seeking principal investigators to support Emergency Medicine initiatives with a diverse range of study designs and topic area. These include prospective and retrospective cohort studies, clinical trials, large dataset analysis, and other forms of acute care based clinical research. Our department has a broad range of topical expertise and seek innovative investigators with expertise in acute care disease including cardiovascular, neuropsychiatric, bioinformatics and translational science topics
Candidates will be expected to work closely with existing research faculty, research coordinators, residents, and medical students involved in the research mission of the department and work collaboratively across the institution. This is a full-time, non-clinical, research position on the tenure track.
M.D, Ph.D., M.D./Ph.D., or equivalent
