Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oral Surgeon to join our team at Smart Arches Dental Implant Center.  The ideal candidate will be looking to build a long-lasting career, expand their clinical skills, and grow the practice. You will be working alongside an excellent team dedicated to customer service, keeping your schedule booked, and patients happy!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform All-on-X dental implant procedures with precision and care.

  • Conduct thorough patient consultations, evaluations, and treatment planning.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental implant technology and techniques.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

  • Educate patients on post-operative care and ensure their comfort and satisfaction

  • Maintain, clean, and sterilize surgical instruments to ensure the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.

  • Ensure proper care and handling of surgical instruments to extend their longevity and functionality.

    Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

  • Valid state dental license and board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

  • Proven experience with All-on-X procedures.

  • Strong surgical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Pay Transparency:

In compliance with New York State law, the salary range for this position is $200,000 - $400,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This range is provided as a general guideline for New York-based applicants and may vary based on location and experience.
