Our client, a well-established, regional law firm is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join its team on a 4-6 month, contract basis. The candidate must have the ability to manage the estate administration process from beginning to end for multiple estates. Job duties include meeting with clients, preparing correspondence, probate documents, notices, inventories, deeds, release documents, and all other documents involved in the estate administration process. Candidates must also have knowledge of and experience with the probate process in Surrogate's Courts in NJ and NY. **If interested and immediately available for CONTRACT work, please send your resume in Microsoft Word to Dawn.Tatz AT Roberthalf.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of NJ / NY estate experience

• Proficient in Thomson Reuters OneSource or compatible program
