Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Manager to join our Monetization Partnerships team, with a focus on supporting third-party partners who build on Meta's Signals and Measurement solutions. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, providing solutions guidance, and identifying new opportunities for our signals and measurement products. You will work closely with our product teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute partnership strategies that meet our business objectives.

Required Skills:

Partner Manager, Signals and Measurement Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new third-party partners, including data providers, marketing technology companies, and measurement platforms

2. Provide solutions guidance to partners on integrating Meta's signals and measurement solutions into their products and services

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, and strategic agreements

4. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product, engineering, and policy teams, to ensure partner needs are being met and to identify areas for improvement

5. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, working closely with partners to drive adoption and revenue growth

6. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform partnership strategies and optimize partner offerings

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes for onboarding, supporting, and managing partners

8. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presenting to executive audiences and negotiating contracts

9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

10. Identify and mitigate risks associated with partnerships, ensuring compliance with Meta's policies and regulations

11. 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, product, or a related field

12. Understanding of the advertising and marketing technology ecosystem, including signals and measurement solutions

13. Technical knowledge of APIs, data integration, and software development

14. Communication and interpersonal skills, with experience negotiating and influencing external partners

15. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting complex data sets and making informed decisions

16. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

17. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

21. Experience with contract negotiation, partnership agreement development, and deal closure

22. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA

Public Compensation:

$129,000/year to $187,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
