Prepare construction drawings and specifications for plumbing and fire protection systems; as well as perform and direct the design of plumbing systems for new construction and renovations in residential, institutional, and retail buildings. Required Master’s degree. (or foreign equivilent. degree) in Mechanical Engineering or relavent with knowledge of LEED, AutoCAD, REVIT, as well as analyzing & designing mechanical & plumbing engineering building system calculations.
