What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 0 to 1 product building experience

  • Deep customer empathy and curiosity; deeply understands customer experience and pain points using usability studies, customer interactions, experiments, and aggregated feedback from internal customer facing teams

  • Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset; passion for solving problems (large and small) that result in tangible, measurable results; experience using data and metrics to test hypotheses, validate assumptions and measure success

How you will lead

  • Leads and drives the strategic vision of to be launched Mailchimp CRM product. This includes building a test and learn plan and options to accelerate launches through a larger build, buy, partner decision.

  • Owns the short term and long term roadmap, including managing the ongoing changes to business priorities. Creates and owns the success metrics, dashboards, and delivery. Anticipates and resolves strategic issues that impair the team's ability to deliver

  • Drives prospecting and decision making to provide right for me offers to customers and a robust self-service framework for features, models, and policies deployment.

  • Communicates frequently and clearly with many other teams and leaders throughout Mailchimp and the broader Intuit org.
