Key Responsibilities:

• Design Excellence: Lead the design process from concept to execution, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that deliver an exceptional user experience.

• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behaviors. Translate these insights into actionable design improvements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible and aligned with project goals.

• Iterative Design: Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results, ensuring continuous improvement and refinement.

• Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.

• Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform design decisions and maintain a cutting-edge approach.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and completed projects.

• Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methods.

• Understanding: Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, design thinking, and human-centered design practices.

• Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions effectively.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
