Product Manager (Multiple Positions), DoorDash, Inc., New York, NY. Lead an Engineering team to implement a Dasher app redesign, starting with the flows for picking up and dropping off deliveries, with the goals of (a) platforming the codebase to improve developer velocity, and (b) improving the Dasher's ability to pick up and drop off efficiently. Work with Analytics partner to identify and size biggest opportunities, and measure business improvement from app changes. Work with Design team to determine the future state of the application experience. Work with other teams on use facing design to identify issues. Use Data science/Analytics for experiment and measurement. Work with other business verticals at Doordash to prioritize how the application can be built to enable new delivery types, and to ensure that new delivery types have a smooth Dasher experience. Work with other teams on use facing design to identify issues. Use of experimentation, A/B testing, and statistics (to set up experiments and measure results). Utilize analytical skills, SQL knowledge. Knowledge of supply chain and project management on logistics projects. Work with cross-functional teams.
